Description
A very particular white tea, processed in a Chinese style but with Himalayan characteristics, fresh and with a sparkling high mountain character. The pale yellow liquor will impress you, as will its soft body that adapts to different infusion styles.
We recommend infusions in a glass or porcelain teapot at 75-80°C, 500 ml for 5 grams of leaves, and infusion times of about 3/4 minutes, or eastern infusion in a 120 ml gaiwan, 4 grams of leaves, water at 80-85°C for 40-60 seconds. Great also when cold-brewed and served iced.
